Property Development and Property Management Services
Dan Hickey founded HDA Management, LLC (HDA) in 1980. Since that time HDA has been engaged in property development, construction, and management of housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families as well as the management of market rate projects for the private sector. HDA Management presently has under contract over 1,100 units of market rate and low- to moderate-income residential units in the four state area of Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.
