HDA Rental Application Requirements

All rental application for the Properties managed by HDA Management’s Apartments must meet the following minimum requirements for your application to be considered:

The application must be completed in its entirety and signed by all members of the household that are over 18 years of age. A separate application for each person intending to reside in the unit is required for all unrelated applicants.
A credit check will be accessed for each applicant 18 and over. We do not accept co-signers.
A previous landlord name and contact number must be provided. We do not accept landlord references from relatives.
There is an application fee in the amount of $15.00. However, this does not apply to online applications.
