Meet the Property Management Team at HDA Management
Dan Hickey
A licensed property manager by the State of Montana, and the founder and managing partner of HDA Management, LLC. Dan has spent his entire career in housing since his graduation from Montana State University-Billings in 1971. Prior to starting HDA Management, LLC, he was Director of Housing and Community Development for the City of Billings for seven years. He spent one year as a contract employee with the Federal Regional Council as a housing development specialist assisting energy-impacted communities in addressing their housing needs.
Since establishing HDA he has been and continues to be involved in all facets of the operation. this includes development, construction, maintenance, management, financial, client contact, and general operations. Dan is a licensed property manager and has completed numerous requirements of Rural Development, Section 42, ADA, Section 504, Fair Housing and housing programs for the states of Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Pat Tully

Pat Tully
Pat is the Senior Portfolio Manager for Section 42 and Rural Development projects and has worked for HDA Management, LLC since 1995. Her primary responsibility is to oversee the management of the Rural Development, Section 42, RD/LIHTC, and LIHTC/Mod-Rehab projects, which HDA owns and/or manages for third parties. Pat is the direct link from the on-site managers to HDA's central office in Billings. She determines eligibility, reviews verification, and approves the certification of all tenants in the various projects. Pat assists in preparing and submitting all compliance reports as requested by the states or their monitoring agencies. and by federal agencies.
Pat has earned the Certified Credit Compliance Professional designation from Spectrum Seminars, having attended a training session most recently in March of 2006. She is a National Compliance Professional through Elizabeth Moreland's Housing Credit College, and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management. She also has attained Spectrum's S.T.A.R. designation for managing Rural Development properties. In addition, she has attended numerous Fair Housing and Property Management seminars. |

Michelle Fisher
Michelle is the Business Accounts Manager for HDA Management, LLC and has been with the company since September of 1993. Michelle was initially hired as the office manager to cover public relations, accounts receivable, tenant relations, and leasing. As Business Accounts Manager she is still responsible for a portion of those duties as well as the financial aspects of the company, which includes, but is not limited to accounts payable, owner reports, reconciling bank statements, and payroll. Michelle is familiar with several software programs and has also attended numerous training courses regarding Fair Housing requirements and management procedures. |
