HDA Management, LLC is a locally owned property management company serving the Billings area and other areas located in the Big Sky Country of Montana and the surrounding states. Our office staff consists of 4 people: Dan (Owner), Michelle (Business Accounts Manager), Pat (Compliance Manager), and Steve (Front Desk/Office Manager).

Maintenance Requests

All maintenance issues are handled through our office by Enterprise Maintenance and Construction. We provide a 24/7 emergency maintenance service. Current tenants may contact our office for all maintenance issues at 245-9998 and we will send Ron or Jerry to evaluate the problem.
